wir wünschen Ihnen ein gesundes neues Jahr und freuen uns nach knapp 4 Wochen ohne Deployment wieder einige Neuerungen und Verbesserungen zu präsentieren. Der Release-Prozess hat begonnen wird im Laufe des Nachmittages auf alle Server verteilt.
Step Vorschau: Nur benötigte Steps werden ausgeführt
Durch diese Änderung werden bei einer Step-Vorschau nur noch benötigte Steps ausgeführt, die für den entsprechenden Step relevant sind (Vorher wurde immer der komplette Flow bis an die Stelle ausgführt). Dadurch sollte die Vorschau oft wesentlich schneller gehen, da weniger andere Steps vorher ausgeführt werden.
Im Beispiel wird die Vorschau des letzten Steps angeklickt. Dabei fällt auf, dass die ersten beiden Steps des Flows (URLDownload & CSVReader) nicht ausgeführt werden, sondern nur der vorherige StringToFile und der Step selbst.
Sollte diese Automatische Erkennung einmal falsch liegen, dann gibt es mit diesem Link die Möglichkeit auch den ganzen Flow ausführen zu lassen, so wie es bisher auch der Fall war.
Weiterhin kann man auch die Steps links in der Vorschau anklicken, um direkt zum entsprechenden Vorschauergebnis zu wechseln, ohne das Popup zu schließen. Wieder ein paar Klicks gespart 
Diese neue Funktion war sehr komplex in der Umsetzung. Sollten Sie Fehler oder seltsames Verhalten feststellen, so schreiben Sie uns gern hier im Forum.
Standardworkspace nach Login
Auf Kundenwunsch ist es jetzt möglich einen Workspace auszuwählen, in den man nach dem Login direkt landet.

Eventlog: Verbessertes Logging von Fehlern im Mapper und Filter
- Fehler im Mapper werden direkt am Mapper statt nur am konsumierenden Step geloggt

Verbesserung der automatischen Verknüpfung beim Hinzufügen von Steps
- Outputs der JOIN-Gruppe werden jetzt auch automatisch verknüpft.
- ACCOUNT Flow-Variable werden jetzt auch automatisch verknüpft, wenn Steps einen Account-Input besitzen
Beide Verbesserungen sollten repetitive Arbeiten und die Anzahl Klicks bei der Flow-Erstellung verringern.
Sonstiges
- FlowEditor: Eine Änderung des Step-Titels ist jetzt auch gleich im Flow-Graph sichtbar
- Hilfe-Seitenleiste: Neues Video unter Anwendungsbeispiele: EDIFact mit Synesty (Präsentation von ProSin im Rahmen eine Sprechstunde)
- Email Receive Step: Neuer Option „data“, um festzulegen, welche Daten angerufen werden sollen. Dort gibt es z.B. den Modus „nur Kopfdaten abrufen“, welcher nur Kopfdaten wie Betreff und Datumsfelder vom Mailserver herunterlädt, jedoch keine Mailtexte oder Dateianhänge.

we wish you a happy new year and are happy to present some new features and improvements after almost 4 weeks without deployment. The release process has started will be deployed to all servers during the afternoon.
Step preview: Only required steps will be executed
With this change, only required steps that are relevant for the corresponding step are executed during a step preview (previously, the complete flow was always executed up to the point). This should make the preview often much faster, because less other steps are executed before.
In the example, the preview of the last step is clicked. It is noticeable that the first two steps of the flow (URLDownload & CSVReader) are not executed, only the previous StringToFile and the step itself.
If this automatic recognition should be wrong once, then there is with this link the possibility also the whole flow to let execute, as it was also the case so far.
Furthermore, you can also click the steps on the left of the preview to go directly to the corresponding preview result without closing the popup. Again a few clicks saved
This new feature was very complex to implement. If you find any bugs or strange behavior, feel free to write us here in the forum.
Default workspace after login
On customer request it is now possible to select a workspace, in which one lands directly after login.
You can get to the configuration via the workspace overview.
Eventlog: Improved logging of errors in the mapper and filter.

Improvement of automatic linking when adding steps.

Both improvements should reduce repetitive work and the number of clicks during flow creation.
Other

- Email Receive Step: New option „data“ to define which data should be called. There is e.g. the mode „retrieve header data only“, which downloads only header data like subject and date fields from the mail server, but no mail texts or file attachments.
